NEP were proud to sponsor the Broadcast Awards, which is such an important date in the Broadcast Industry’s diary. It’s important to champion the exceptional talent and work in our Industry, and we are delighted to have been a part of this momentous event.

ITV Sport for ITV won Best Sports Programme of the year, an award category sponsored by NEP, for their coverage of the 2021 Grand National. A key win and recognition for Racing within the UK, and ITV’s presentation of the sport. NEP are proud to have worked with ITV Sport as technical broadcast partner on this event.

Simon Moorhead, Managing Director, NEP UK Broadcast Services, presented the award to the winning team on the night. “I am very proud that ITV sport won the NEP-sponsored Best Sports Programme award for their ITV Racing, Grand National 2021 coverage. My long, personal association with horse racing and NEP’s partnership with ITV Sport in providing the broadcast technical services to ITV Racing made this win very special indeed.”
